Responsibility

  • Maintain premium standards for all Beauty department POS (temporary and permanent).

  • Order replacement cosmetics parts.

  • Replace damaged or missing Beauty kit.

  • Implement and maintain POS according to guidelines.

  • Identify and implement operational efficiencies.

Regularly use the checklists and advice to:

  • Verify all Beauty kits are correct and complete.

  • Confirm all kits are fully functional.

  • Ensure premium presentation standards are consistently met.

Maintaining a Premium Beauty Destination

Uphold a premium Beauty aisle environment (inspired by Space NK) to attract customers, promote browsing, and drive sales. This includes consistent standards, effective POS, and clear messaging, even without direct Beauty Expert assistance.

Verify Beauty Experts have the necessary cleaning kits and consistently follow established processes to maintain the required high standards.

Tagging

Follow all Tagging instructions and advice.

For silver tags (where applicable), place them on the side or back of the product, avoiding obstruction of product information.

Use only small, round, yellow security tags placed on the front, top-right corner of the packaging.

Advanced

Skincare, Bodycare, Self Tan, H&B Seasonal, Female Hair Removal: Bay Maintenance

Bay Structure & Lighting:

  • Confirm that the wooden framed bay header and gables are in place.

  • Verify all lighting (where applicable) is fully functional.

Shelving & Cleanliness:

  • Ensure all shelves are clean and dust-free.

  • Confirm shelf profiling matches the current planogram.

Stocking & Presentation:

  • Fully replenish stock.

  • Dress stock gaps by spreading adjacent products.

  • Stack SKUs no more than two high (single-stack Beauty Gifting).

  • Align products to SELs, positioned on the left.

  • Ensure all tickets are the same size.

  • Correctly place all supplier-branded POS and trays as per the planogram.
